Delivery
and use of Archiform 3D still images
There is almost no limit to how big we can make
an image and we don't charge extra to produce large high-resolution
images. We deliver them to you primarily over the internet as TIFFs
or JPEGs in RGB (Red-Green-Blue) colours. If you require CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Key)
then you will have to convert them yourself and take responsibility
for ensuring your colours are correct.
When we first deliver the images they are at medium
resolution. This is adequate for most uses in brochures, but sometimes
you may need larger images for full page presentations and large
posters. When you need larger images you must let us know which
ones they are and allow a few days for re-processing.
When using our images within the marketing material
for the project that they are intended for then you are allowed
to use them freely and as often as you like. For this purpose we
don't require any recognition. If you are using the images as part
of a promotion of a media, advertising, web, 3D or any other associated
business that uses, creates, advertises, sells or buys our type
or style of work then you must identify each image created in part
or whole by us with our certified logo in a legible and identifiable
way. We require this to prevent our work being passed of as being
created by another company and to prevent gain by other companies
or individuals by unfairly using our work.
It is not our policy to charge any license fees
for the re-use of our work however this should be confirmed before
you publish or display anything we prepare outside of materials
for the specific project that our work was created for.
