Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of
the client. If the client is not completely satisfied with
our services, we will, at the client's option, either waive
professional fees, or accept a portion of those fees that
reflects the client's level of satisfaction.
Quality
Archiform 3D bases it's guarantee of quality on the
online 3D gallery. We guarantee that we will only ever
provide work of equal or higher standard than that which
we display online. This covers the technical aspects and
the creative technique. We know that you based your decision
to use us on our portfolio and we ensure that you get the
same skill and dedication on each project you give us.
It should be noted, as always, that our work may only
be as good as the brief you provide and the quality of
your project. We cannot guarantee that we will turn a bad
brief or a small low-budget project into a masterpiece
or something of the same visual appeal as a project with
stunning design and beautiful features.
Clear Title and Use of Our Work
Work is 100% copyright owned. Archiform 3D retains copyright
and does not use any product that may require additional
licensing or fees for the use of the images, animation
or video produced. Once you have paid your account you
are clear to use the work we provide within the normal
terms of the contract.
Fees
If we have quoted a fixed fee then unless you have asked
for additional services or extended the work, inclusive
of alteration charges, then we will not increase that fee.
