If most marketplaces there is a need to show discretion with early
development information, not just for competitive reasons but to
ensure the buyers are not unintentionally misled whilst a project
is being designed and therefore still subject to significant alterations.
Property developers need to get companies such as Archiform 3D
moving quickly to ensure they meet the market on time and this
often means divulging sensitive information, such as:
- The existence of the project as a whole;
- Design Details;
- Marketing strategies;
- Finished forms;
- Partners of the project;
- Internal issues and hurdles;
- Authority approval processes and issues;
- and timelines.
It is important that you know that Archiform 3D keeps your information
safely and with discretion, especially considering that your competitors
may also be our clients. It is also important that you understand
that we will not divulge any information to you about others in
the industry and request that you do not even ask.
We also understand that whilst you are developing designs that
your ideas that certain design issues may be subject to approvals
and should not be released outside of our relationship to avoid
any misinterpretation by concerned parties, such as action groups
and local authorities.
It is important that is something is confidential that you also
identify it. Everyday business practices can unintentionally leak
small amounts of information, such as a simple trip to the copy
shop, or someone passing a computer screen. Highly sensitive information
is treated with even more care than normal, so please identify
anything that is critical.
