Steve Bell

Steve was a practicing designer from 1985, specializing in luxury homes, apartments and commercial buildings. Many of his greatest achievements in those days were lottery prize homes – palatial properties that attracted worldwide recognition for style and appeal. Steve designed, documented and administered all of these projects, not only uplifting quality but reducing the construction costs to around 75% of previous lottery homes and reducing construction time. This also involved considerable marketing work and PR.

Steve pioneered early CAD and was of the very first to break into 3D design work, using computers to generate visuals of new designs. This eventually led to doing 3D artwork, animations and marketing, being one of the few in the world with the technology to do this. The market dictated that he was to move into this field completely.

Steve brought animations to architecture in the early 1990's, producing video tapes of new designs and projects in-house. At the time this was a very specialist field with little or no competition. Archiform 3D's strong footing in animated footage stems from this early advantage.

Today Steve spends most of his time traveling around the world, ensuring client satisfaction, securing new clients and keeping up with the latest in buyer needs. His extensive experience in Australia, Singapore, London and the USA gives him a unique understanding of the many markets and the people that drive them, and his permanent base in Florida also ensures USA client needs are always maintained personally.
