Why
we put our 3D prices online (part
2)

So why should our 3D
architectural visualization services be any different? We
aren't selling on price, so it doesn't matter if they are published
- you are going to find out sooner or later, and we would prefer
it was sooner! We don't have a team of sales people, franchisees
of agents and if we did we would have to raise our prices, so
you may as well decide now, while on the internet, because we
aren't going to bash down your door for the work. Our architectural
visualization services are completely represented here and we
rest on your judgment from here on in.
Sure, we may miss some deals because people will
undercut us, but we really don't want that type of client anyway.
Clients that chase a discount to the last penny are often the most
difficult to deal with and the hardest to get money out of. In
fact that type of client typically will continue to try for a reduced
price even after the order is signed, so we would rather they went
to other architectural
rendering companies!
Some architectural
rendering companies are afraid of the competition discovering
their prices. Really, if your competition wanted to learn your
pricing then a few phone calls would have it in the bag. We would
prefer that our clients could find our prices easily and call
us when they are ready to proceed.
Any way you look at it, concealing prices is
bad business. It shows you are either afraid of your prices, need
a "hard
sell" job to move your architectural
visualization services
(forcing someone to call you) or you don't have a uniform pricing
structure. If a competitor wants to look at our 3D architectural
rendering prices online (and they all do)
then we accept that as just healthy competition and will rely on
the quality and expanse of our 3D-video-website
portfolios,
our production techniques, innovation and personal service to get
the work. After all, most clients have learnt that saving a few
dollars isn't as important as getting the right job done.
So here is our sales pitch:
If you just want a good price, exceptional
work and no "hard-sell" then
you have come to the right web site and the right architectural
visualization company.
