Paying Archiform 3D using PayPal
In 2007 we started to accept credit card payments for our 3D
rendering, animation, video, web and model services. It's a simple
system and it's flexible although we have experienced problems
with some clients needlessly opening PayPal accounts, forgetting
passwords, etc.
This page is a quick demonstration of how to make a normal credit
card payment without the need to open a PayPal account. All of
these screen shots are from an actual transaction.
If you wish to pay by credit card then you must choose this
option on the Archiform 3D order form.
Why Paypal? There are a few reasons:
- It is easy.
- You are protected as we never see your credit card details
and don't need to be concerned about protecting them. PayPal
has many levels of security to protect us all.
- It provides a good amount of online documentation and records
for both of us.
- It is immediate.
First time users or people that simply struggle with online
forms should take a look at the steps below.
Step 1 - Receive
the payment request from Archiform 3D.
When we receive an order with a request to pay by credit
card make a request for the money to your email address
via PayPal. An email is sent to you with the request and
a link that takes you to the PayPal website. Click on the
link to go there.

Step 2 - Go to PayPal web site.
When you arrive at the PayPal site you should be presented
with this page. If you don't see this then you may have already
used PayPal and set up an account, which means you should
have the page you see below in the alternate step 2.
This is where many people go wrong! If you don't want to
open a PayPal account then you don't need to! We believe
that having a PayPal account is handy but if you aren't convinced
then just use the options we show here for a one off payment
from any credit card you like.
Complete the details on the form for your credit card, submit
it and proceed to the next step. |

Step 2 (alternate) - you may
already have a PayPal account.
If you got a page like this then you may already have
a PayPal account. If so then you may not need this demo
page at all as you are halfway there.
If you got the page shown from your email but still want
to pay without a new or existing PayPal account then click
on the text "Use your credit card or bank account". |

Step 3 - Confirm the payment.
Check to make sure all the details you entered are correct.
If they are all fine then click "Pay". |

Step 4 - Receive confirmation
email.
You will receive an email from PayPal that informs you
of a successful transaction.
We get an email as well to let us know you paid. |
