We have a new strategy at Archiform 3D: we aren't going to phone you or snail-mail you anymore. Why? Because our client base hasn't just grown – it's transformed. Today our client base (you) knows how to use a computer and is too busy to open snail-mail. You want instant gratification, links to what we are offering and relevant information. You don't want us piling pictures and disks on your desk when emails are so easy to file away or simply trash!

We are going to email you the updates to services and prices as they become available and if we feel there is enough new information to warrant it. We wont be flooding you with junk email or bothering you each week. If you don't want the newsletters sent to you then send me an email, personally. I read each one and will make a note to keep you off the list. Similarly, I would appreciate any referrals you feel free to give.

The last year has shown a great deal of change for Archiform 3D. Our 3D image quality has improved to "Photo-Perfect", we have expended our internet website design services and our video production and TV commercial services have grown in popularity. We have also been working towards introducing the perfect launch night, to help you not only get your day to day property marketing right but also launch new developments with a "BANG".

Who and what are we?

We are a digital media company that specializes in the real estate property development, architectural and interior design fields. We service these industries with a wide range of digital media services, particularly:

Photo-Perfect 3D virtual reality renderings, fly-through and artwork.

Video Production and TV commercials of new and existing property developments and corporate profiles of development companies.

Website design for new off-the-plan real estate projects and corporate sites.

We have been doing 3D artwork longer than most companies, with our beginnings tracing back to the early 1990s.

We dont brag about or try to be a large company, and prize ourselves on being personal, attentive, organized and aggressive in getting the job out the door.

Castlebar Cove
This project has been an absolute pleasure to work on. It's clever interior design blends traditional and contemporary style to create a look and feel that works anywhere in the world. This project has superb views over the Brisbane River, Australia.

Prices for up to 6 high-resolution stills of an apartment living area start at US $2100 and AU $2475.

Amrit Resort and Residences
An example of what we can do with limited information and time. As plans become available more of the project gets finished, but still our clients have fantastic sales tools. This project has terrific samples of our photo-perfect interior renderings, photo-montage images and our hybrid 2D-3D colored floor/site plans. It is Located on Singer Island, Florida.

Prices for hi-rise DVD fly-through presentations including an apartment, exteriors and all the high-resolution stills start at US $15 725 an AU $18 500.

Trump Penthouse
Trump Dezer Development is a company that knows what they want and how to get it. They used our streamlined service to get a complete fly-through DVD presentation of a penthouse in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Prices for up to 10 high-resolution stills of an apartment and 2.5 mins of fly-through video start at US $4 675 and AU $5 500.

Orchid Grove
A stunning fully interactive Flash website for Coscan Homes, Florida. The project is an upmarket condo development at Fort Lauderdale.

Aventura Corporate Center
A fully interactive Flash website for Groupe Pacific, Florida. This development is a commercial property with a leaning on Medical tenancies.

Meriton Corporate Video Production
A testament to Meriton Apartment's achievements within the property development industry. This production can be used with all of Meriton's projects and has been translated into Mandarin to aid in offshore markets. Download the video production here as WMV (best for Windows XP). The Mandarin version can also be downloaded as WMV.

"C"
A series of TV commercials for a Tropical Queensland residential resort style development. This project involved location shoots over 2 days and was shot completely in high-definition. Rates for our video productions are online.

As always, we endeavor to put enough simple information on our website to allow you to work out prices before calling us. This allows you to budget a project early or simply decide if you can afford us.

Prices are currently broken into three sections:

• 3D apartments
• 3D high-rise developments
• Video production and TV commercials

We are expanding these sections over time and will keep you informed with future newsletters. Prices are due for review in December.

Our showreel is a great way to see a combination of all our 3D work. It's due for updating soon but you will still be impressed with our current edit.

There are 2 versions, large and a small, both as QuickTime and WMV. The large version will require a few minutes to download, even with broadband, but the additional quality is worth it. Save it to your hard drive so you can play it again without downloading.
