Archiform
3D is first to release 3D architectural presentation showreel
for the new Video iPod
Archiform 3D, a specialist in digital media
for the real estate property development, architectural and
design industry, stays true to form in it's digital media strategy
by being the first 3D architectural presentation company to
release a version of it's showreel for the new video enabled
iPod from Apple.
This new 5 minute version consisting of pure
3D animation was released within minutes of Apples announcement
and in online now for free download. Compressed as MP4 the
file weighs in at just over 20 Mb.
Diverse video media the future
It is Archiform 3D's firm belief that the
method of delivering presentations to clients will evolve into
almost immediate, rich and visually inspiring presentations
using personal technology. This can be witnessed every day
as Archiform 3D key people use their mobile phones to display
the current showreel to clients while on the run.
"We are verging on the day when new property
presentations can be displayed on hand held devices almost
immediately. This adds so much potential for online brochures
and advertising that contain the equivalent of TV commercials
and short video productions" says Steve Bell, chief of Archiform
3D. "I see mobile devices being used less and less for phone
calls as we know it and more for the delivery of rich media,
broadcast and video conferencing"
The new showreel for Video iPod can also be
played on some mobile phones, such as the Sony Ericsson P900i,
which has expandable memory to handle larger files.
Clients benefit immediately
Archiform 3D is offering all current clients
Video iPod versions of their 3D and video productions immediately
and free of charge.
