3D Renderings of Interior Scenes

Archiform 3D's careful and meticulous approach to interior 3D Renderings gives a life-like result. The 3D furniture is created from pictures of the actual pieces, modelled into 3D and textured with your choice of fabrics and materials. You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene. After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.

This combination often gives better visual results than reality as we are not restricted to the limitations of traditional or modern photography. What is unique is that we render 3D fly-through videos of interior scenes to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our still 3D 3D Renderings .

How We Create 3D Renderings of Bedrooms

Our goal with bedroom renderings is to create a room that you can imagine yourself really sleeping and waking in. By working on Camera Angles, illumination, detailing and the overall mood of the scene we achieve this. The viewer should see a familiar approach to the room and bed, with possibly something appealing, like a balcony, window or an inspiring view. Many clients would conclude that night illumination is always best, but the soft morning sun gleaming on the floor can describe a home that is a new awakening.

The soft parts of a bed such as the covers and pillows are the most painstaking items to model in a bedroom 3D Rendering or animation. They must show the same softness, wrinkles and bumps that a real bed has. Computers are best at making regular shapes, like flat surfaces and cubes, so soft wrinkled surfaces like a bed can be a lot more work to create compared to objects like tables. The wrinkles, creases and soft flowing shapes of bed linen also make them hard work to texture, especially when the fabrics are complex and have large patterns.

Incorporating Real Views with 3D Renderings

Looking from this viewpoint you may notice that the real view is in the background. We do this as either a flat 2D image in the background or as a complete 360-degree panorama encompassing the 3D Scene. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Renderings . But when used in walk-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera. If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.

The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions. This technique yields the best best quality result for 3D Animations as the view adjusts to the aspect of the Virtual Camera. You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
