3D Renderings
of Interior Scenes
Archiform 3D approaches each interior
3D Renderings
with detail, precision and artistic flare.
The 3D furniture is created from pictures of the actual pieces, modelled into 3D and textured with your choice of fabrics and materials.
You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene.
After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.
While often mistaken for photographs, our interior
3D Renderings
often exceed them in quality and flexibility.
Our 3D virtual tour animations are rendered to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still image
3D Renderings
.
Animations and
3D Renderings
of Condominiums
Apartment and condo building projects are perfect for 3D presentations.
When there are duplicate homes for sale the budget of each scene is divided up, so the cost per unit is significantly decreased.
It is likely that you will only need a few scenes to represent most of the units in the development.
An attraction to using Archiform 3D for these types of projects is that we extend discounts for volume, so the more apartments or condos you add to the service the better the price per unit is.
We provide many still images from each scene too, so you get a lot of material for marketing.
Living Room
3D Renderings
Of all interior apartment or house scenes, it is the living rooms, such as the lounge, grand salon and family rooms, that take up the most time.
They’re not just bigger spaces but they have more detail and often extend into other living areas.
The multiple levels and types of decoration and possibilities for colors and coverings means that these rooms are hard for a client to describe in a document.
Furniture and accessories can also be hard work to model in 3D within these areas.
Pieces such as lounge chairs, sofas and other furniture with soft curves and complex fabric textures can be difficult to model perfectly.
This is also true for items such as plants and sculptures, which have fine detail and are sometimes a major part of a 3D Rendering or 3D Animation.
But despite the detailing and painstaking effort, these scenes can be enjoyable for the 3D Artist or technician.
This is in the creativity that the 3D Artist often must express for small finishes and the details that complete a rendering or animation.
It’s often the final personal touches that are the difference between a scene that you may just admire or one that you would buy and live in.
How We Create
3D Renderings
of Bedrooms
We create bedroom renderings and animations with the view to creating a scene that you could imagine yourself sleeping in.
By working on Camera Angles, illumination, detailing and the overall mood of the scene we achieve this.
The viewer should see a familiar approach to the room and bed, with possibly something appealing, like a balcony, window or an inspiring view.
And we like the lighting to show either a place to go to sleep or wake up; night-time or morning time.
The soft parts of a bed such as the covers and pillows are the most painstaking items to model in a bedroom 3D Rendering
or animation.
They need to be soft and flowing with small imperfections, wrinkles and bumps.
Computers are best at making regular shapes, like flat surfaces and cubes, so soft wrinkled surfaces like a bed can be a lot more work to create compared to objects like tables.
The wrinkles, creases and soft flowing shapes of bed linen also make them hard work to texture, especially when the fabrics are complex and have large patterns.
Multiple
3D Renderings
from a Scene
Most times we produce and invoice by the scene produced, not by the
3D Renderings
taken from it.
This production technique is more relative to the real work performed and gives greater value for clients that need to show the overall scene rather than just a single viewpoint of it.
As can be seen by this 3D Rendering
, which is one of a series from the same 3D Scene, multiple
3D Renderings
can be produced for one fixed price.
If you need multiple renderings for advertising then this technique for production is ideal.
Interior and Exterior 3D Scenes can have advantage from this advanced process.
