3D Images of Interior Scenes

Archiform 3D creates interior 3D Images with care, precision and artistic inspiration. Each item of furniture is carefully modelled in 3D from pictures or catalogues and includes representations of original fabric samples. Smaller items like pictures, curtains, vases and decorator items are then added to the scene. Lighting is then added with attention to realism, shadowing and highlights.

The skillful combinaton of these produces 3D Images and Virtual Tours that are often more appealing than reality. What is noteworthy is that we create walk-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our 3D Images .

Kitchen 3D Images

The perfection of kitchen 3D Images can often be more difficult than you may imagine. They are made from a wide choice of finishes and details, all of which must be accurately portrayed. Unlike living rooms, kitchens are part of the overall sale product in a condo or house, so accurate representation is critical.

To prepare the interior 3D Images we require detailed plans and elevations of the fixtures and cabinets. We also need details and pictures of the surfaces being used, the doors panels and the electrical appliances. Once we have modelled everything in 3D we decorate with small household and personal items, which you are free to specify from a catalogue or pictures.

Real Views in 3D Scenes

This 3D Image has the actual view from the project, which is a perfect way of displaying what a purchaser of a pre-construction condo, office or home will actually see. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Images . But when used in animations a 2D image doesn’t show any motion with the 3D Camera. If a Virtual Reality camera changes viewpoint it will become apparent that the backdrop is merely a flat billboard effect.

The 360-degree panoramic method costs more in location and photography, as each shot is a complete view in all the horizontal directions. This method gives the best result for 3D Animations as when the Virtual Camera turns the view adjusts accordingly. Archiform 3D is often engaged to take the panoramic shots as we have the equipment and cameras necessary.
