3D Renderings of Interior Scenes

Our internal 3D Renderings are highly detailed and rich with warmth and quality. The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics. You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene. We then light the scene to enhance realism and create dramatic effects.

The culmination of these creates 3D Renderings and walk-through animations that are often dramatically better than reality. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do fly-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Renderings .

How We Create 3D Renderings of Bedrooms

To us a bedroom scene must look like somewhere you could sleep in, so we aim for this when we first begin 3D modelling and laying out the room. The Camera Angle, lighting and detailing are how we attempt this. The viewer should see a familiar approach to the room and bed, with possibly something appealing, like a balcony, window or an inspiring view. And we prefer the illumination to portray either a place to sleep or awaken; night-time or morning time.

The soft parts of a bed such as the covers and pillows are the most painstaking items to model in a bedroom 3D Rendering or animation. They require soft and flowing imperfections with wrinkles and bumps. These imperfections are harder to create with 3D software than harder more rigid pieces of furniture. Applying the fabrics to the bed linen can also be difficult as they sometimes form part of a large pattern that must to remain consistent.

Incorporating Real Views with 3D Renderings

Looking outwards from the viewpoint in this 3D Rendering you may notice that the actual view is incorporated. There are 2 choices in how we do this; a simple 2D image put behind the scene or a 360-degree panorama encompassing the 3D Scene. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Renderings . The downfall to this method is that it shows no motion or change in within an Animation. If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.

The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions. This technique yields the best best quality result for 3D Animations as the view adjusts to the aspect of the Virtual Camera. You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
