Sentosa 3D Rendering and animation project - "Harry's Island"

The government of Singapore invited bids to redevelop part of Sentosa Island into a multi-use casino resort style facility. Eighth Wonder, one of the front runners in the process approached Archiform 3D within weeks of the submission deadline to provide high quality Architectural Rendering and animation services – to envision 3D scenes that portrayed an unique idea from an extraordinary visionary.

The presentation, for Eighth Wonder, was structured around a fictional character "Harry", who is a world explorer, scientist and lover of fine things. Sentosa is recreated as "Harry's Island" and as it is apparent by this 3D animation, Sentosa suits the concept perfectly.

Architectural Renderings

Part of the submission requirements were for 3D Renderings that depict the design, colors and layout of the overall development proposal. This also included the requirement for photomontage and night time images.

Archiform 3D's own photographer flew into Singapore to take the shots from the air, ground and surrounding structures. These were used to blend the 3D Images and the real surroundings together.

Animations

The overall development proposal was created in 3D and animated to match a script and voice over.

Exterior 3D Images

Creating an external Architectural Rendering requires the combination of many elements. Trees and plants are extremely important to every external scene. Archiform 3D creates detailed models of plants down to the leaf.
