Archiform 3Ds interior Computer Generated Images and animations are high-quality and detailed. We model our furniture in 3D using photographs and fabric samples as guides. The scenes are then decorated with small items like pictures, plants and household items. Lighting is then added with attention to realism, shadowing and highlights.

This combination may actually give better interior visualizations than real scenes as we are not restricted to the limitations of ordinary photography. Unique to Archiform 3D is our capability to process 3D fly-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our still 3D Images .

Living Room Architectural Renderings

Internal living room images and fly-through videos, like of family rooms, grand salons and lounges are the most time consuming of an apartment, condominium unit or house. They have more features, are bigger rooms, usually cover more than one living space and are the center of everyday living in the home. They are also the hardest for a client or designer to translate into a brief, therefore difficult for our artists to get right first time.

Furniture and accessories can also be hard work to model in 3D within these areas. Items such as sofas and other furniture with soft flowing curves and complex fabric patterns can be difficult to get perfect. This also holds true for some of the more complex light fittings, which not only have ornate shapes but also have many different ways of casting light.

3D technicians can get some enjoyment out of these scenes, despite the complexity and effort required. This is in the flexibility that the 3D artist often has for small decoration and the minute details that complete a scene. The difference between a Architectural 3D Art that you would admire and one that you feel you could really live in is the same difference between a passing conversation and an actual sale.

Incorporating Real Views with Architectural Renderings

You will see in this 3D Rendering that the real view from this scene is incorporated. There are 2 choices in how we do this; a simple 2D image put behind the scene or a 360-degree panorama encompassing the scene. The two techniques affect the overall price to do the job, not in rendering costs but in acquiring the views.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Architectural Renderings . Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the camera if you wish to animate the scene. If the viewpoint changes in any direction the view doesn’t change, which is not a visually appealing result.

The costs to acquire 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography due to additional time, extra equipment and further manipulation in the studio. The increased visual scope of a 360-degree panoramic image gives excellent results with animations as the view adjusts with the movement of the 3D camera. We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
