Computer Generated Images
of Interiors
With detailed and life-like results, Archiform 3D's approach to interior
3D Art
and animations pushes the technology curve.
We model our furniture in 3D using photographs and fabric samples as guides.
You can select almost any kind of personal decorator item to enhance the 3D scene or room, which we will model and added into the 3D visualization.
After the furniture and accessories are added we carefully light the scene for mood and effect.
The culmination of these creates
3D Images
and fly-through videos that are often dramatically better than reality.
What is worth remembering is that our fly-through 3D animations of these interior scenes is to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our still

of Living Rooms
Of all interior apartment or house scenes, it is the living rooms, such as the lounge, grand salon and family rooms, that take up the most time.
They are the center of day-to-day living and contain more elements, in type and number than other spaces.
The multiple levels and types of decoration and possibilities for colors and coverings means that these rooms are hard for a client to describe in a document.
The typical style and shape of the furniture in these areas makes them painstaking to model in 3D.
Items such as sofas and other furniture with soft flowing curves and complex fabric patterns can be difficult to get perfect.
This can also be particularly true for pieces such as indoor plants and sculptures, which have minute detail but are often a major part of a rendering or animation.
But despite the complexity, these scenes can be exciting for the 3D artist.
This is often in the smaller detailing and touches that enhances what may be a partially complete or basic design document.
The difference between a
3D Architectural Image
that you would admire and one that you feel you could really live in is the same difference between a passing conversation and an actual sale.
Real Views in
3D Images
This
3D Rendering
shows the actual view from the scene.
We do this as either a flat 2D image in the background or as a complete 360-degree panorama encompassing the scene.
The two techniques affect the overall price to do the job, not in rendering costs but in acquiring the views.
A flat 2D image put into the background is the easiest to do, as it is one shot that can be taken in many different ways and often costs less due to reduced location costs.
The downfall to this method is that it shows no motion or change in within an animation.
If the viewpoint changes in any direction the view doesn’t change, which is not a visually appealing result.
The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane.
This method gives the best result for animations as when the virtual camera turns the view adjusts accordingly.
We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
