3D Images of Interior Scenes

Our internal 3D Images are highly detailed and rich with warmth and quality. Each piece of furniture is carefully modelled from originals and includes original fabric samples. Smaller items like pictures, curtains, vases and decorator items are then added to the scene. After the furniture and accessories are added we carefully light the scene for mood and effect.

The culmination of these creates 3D Images and walk-through animations that are often dramatically better than reality. What is noteworthy is that we create walk-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our 3D Images .

Condo and Apartment 3D Images and Animations

Apartment and condo building projects are perfect for 3D presentations. When there are duplicate homes for sale the budget of each scene is divided up, so the cost per unit is significantly decreased. Often we only need to create just three scenes to broadly portray most of the units available. Adding to the benefits is that we extend discounted rates for volume, because we don’t need to recreate all the interior design for each unit. Because we include so many still 3D Images in our service you also get plenty of material for your brochures and other marketing pieces.

Living Room 3D Images

Of all internal condominium or house renderings, it is the living rooms, such as the lounge room and family room, that consume the most effort. They’re not just bigger spaces but they have more detail and often extend into other living areas. The multiple levels and types of decoration and possibilities for colors and coverings means that these rooms are hard for a client to describe in a document.

Furniture and accessories can also be hard work to model in 3D within these areas. Pieces such as lounge chairs, sofas and other furniture with soft curves and complex fabric textures can be difficult to model perfectly. This is also true for items such as plants and sculptures, which have fine detail and are sometimes a major part of a 3D Rendering or 3D Animation.

But despite the detailing and painstaking effort, these scenes can be enjoyable for the 3D Artist or technician. This is in the creativity that the 3D Artist often must express for small finishes and the details that complete a rendering or animation. It’s often the final personal touches that are the difference between a scene that you may just admire or one that you would buy and live in.

Kitchen 3D Images

The perfection of kitchen 3D Images can often be more difficult than you may imagine. They are made from a wide choice of finishes and details, all of which must be accurately portrayed. Unlike living rooms, kitchens are part of the overall sale product in a condo or house, so accurate representation is critical.

To prepare the interior 3D Images we require detailed plans and elevations of the fixtures and cabinets. We also need details and pictures of the surfaces being used, the doors panels and the electrical appliances. Once we have modelled everything in 3D we decorate with small household and personal items, which you are free to specify from a catalogue or pictures.

Real Views in 3D Scenes

This scene has the real view from the actual project, which is a superb way of displaying what a buyer will actually see from a new condo, office or home. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Images . The downfall to this method is that it shows no motion or change in within an Animation. If a Virtual Reality camera changes viewpoint it will become apparent that the backdrop is merely a flat billboard effect.

The 360-degree panoramic method costs more in location and photography, as each shot is a complete view in all the horizontal directions. This method gives the best result for 3D Animations as when the Virtual Camera turns the view adjusts accordingly. Archiform 3D is often engaged to take the panoramic shots as we have the equipment and cameras necessary.
